Chianti Colli Senesi is produced from the grapes cultivated in our farm in the most favourably exposed side of the hill. Its typically fruity flavour, with traces of violet and a light boisé, its soft and rich taste are the result of the particular care we take in all phases of production: from planting of vineyards to the grapes harvest, to the wine-making until the refinement in he bottle.

 It is best served at 18°C.

Chianti Superiore from ruby red tending to garnet, is complex with fruity notes and well blended spices withhints of violets, in the mouth is full harmonious, soft and fairy tannic.

Accompanying red meats and cheeses. It is best served at 18°C.

Albertus comes from the vinification of only Merlot grapes that born in a very small old vineyard of Castel Pietraio estate. The alcoholic fermentation is made in steel tank with controlled temperature, and the malolactic fermentation is made in French oak barriques, where the wine remains for at least 15 months. The colour of the wine is very deep ruby red.  It is an  explosion of fruity and spicy notes and it has a very elegant and complex nose. In the mouth is a full body wine with ripe and soft tannins with a very good aftertaste.  It is best served at 18°C.

Sindrada, Bianco di Toscana I.G.T., is obtained by a careful selection of grapes, Chardonnay, grown in the vineyards of the estate. This Castel Pietraio wine has a fruity and floral fragrance, a soft and full taste, and is best served with first courses in general, as well as all fish dishes. It is best served at 14°C.

Adaileta Bianco di Toscana I.G.T., is obtained by a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes, fermented in barriques of French oak,  fruity and floral with hints of vanilla and spices, the taste is complex and harmonious. Goes very well with fish dishes, shellfish, and cheese. It is best served at 14°C.

Bianca of Castel Pietraio is an estate grappa obtained using the skins of Chianti Colli Senesi, or Chardonnay or Merlot of Castel Pietraio; with its clearness and the crystal colour it is a leader product for its soft and deeply fruity flavour. The marc are distilled, on our behalf, within 24 hours from the drawing off of wine, through a steam plant with discontinuous system, low grade columns. Bottles of 500ml.

Castel Pietraio Extra-virgin olive-oil  is  produced by hand-picked olives directly from plants of  Coreggiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo. This olive-grove is situated along the Montagnola Senese’s wood in a good drained and rocky hilly soil with perfect paedo-agronomical characteristics.

Vin Santo del Chianti, this wine of Tuscany tradition, has been matured for seven years in “caratelli”. With a intense amber colour and a smell complex with notes of dried and candied fruit well fused with exotic spice and honey, in mouth it is dense harmonic and fresh, with a persistent final. It accompanies dry fruit and dessert.  It is best served at 18° C.
